Can’t login at all

If I may ask, are you able to access both the Xbox app and Xbox.com on a different device?

Also, have you tried using different browsers to check if you can access Xbox.com?

Kindly try to perform the following workaround:

1. Clear App Cache

There are two ways to do it. In either case, you will have to sign in again.

Manually Delete Xbox Live Cache

In the run prompt, type the following and hit the Enter key.

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\XboxLive

Locate AuthStateCache.dat and delete it. If there is any other folder, remove them as well.

Relaunch the Xbox App, and sign-in

Delete via Windows Settings.

Open Windows Settings (Win + I)

Navigate to Apps > Apps and features

Locate Xbox Live App, and click on Advanced Options which appear when you select it

Click on Reset button

Launch the app and sign-in

2. Set the Time to change automatically.

In case you have, or the software has changed the time settings to manual, and it’s running late, then you will not be able to use the Xbox App and many other applications.

Click on the Start button> Settings > Time & Language.

Under Date & Time, make sure the Set time automatically setting is turned on.

You can also turn on Time Zone to adjust automatically. In case you moved a region, this can be the cause of the problem.

3. Windows Update.

I understand that you have already tried an update but just in case, try to check if there are available optional updates on your Windows PC:

Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.

On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.

On the Windows Update page, select Check for Updates to see if any updates are available for your device.

Once the updates have been downloaded, select Install Now to start the installation.

Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.

No, I already signed up on that account and am paying for it actively. I can’t access the account now and I can’t login to cancel it either, that’s the issue.

How do I request account takeover? I can’t login to my original Microsoft and on xbox support you have to login for them to help you.

So I need to login to a Xbox console and I can’t use the app on pc?
