cant loggin to my account , to many attempts "try again later" even tho its been 2 weeks...

I have been trying to upload a custom gamerpic for about 2 weeks now. The app keeps saying sorry it cant upload and to try again later. I made sure the photo is appropriate and its the correct file type. I deleted and redownloaded the app and it
still will not work. My account is an adult account and has no restrictions. Why does this keep happening?

and i cant download my profile again, because then i also get the same error, stating that is should try later. ive been trying later for a month now!!! i couldnt play online with my account, now my account isnt even on my xbox anymore and i cant download

There have been some issues regarding borderlands 2 as of late, many regarding the compatibility pack not downloading correctly. This appears to be an issue with borderlands 2 entirely, and unfortunately there may not be much you can do about it until they
resolve their marketplace issues. My best advice would be to try to purchase it online again at a later time, or even attempt to purchase in game if you haven't tried that already.
