Cant log on to xbox

Discus and support Cant log on to xbox in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; hi, I have trued numerous times to log on too xbox but it signs me out right after.     I have trued numerous times to log on too xbox but it signs me out right after.

    I can log on to my other account but on my main it won’t let me.

    What exactly do you mean you can "log in using [your] gamer tag"? You mean you can log in here on Xbox.com but not on your console?

    Or is your console unable to connect to Live itself? If so, could you try
    the steps on this page here    , and tell us at which point exactly the Xbox is unable to connect?

    Did you tried to power cycle your console? you can find all info how to do it here: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

    If doesnt work you can try to remove the profile and add it again. Using the option "Remove accounts" and add it again.
