Can’t log into Xbox live

I have all my information except I don’t have my Xbox password or access to the email I set my account up 20 years ago with. The Xbox live payments come off my credit card at my address and still can’t get logged in. I tried to reset the Xbox last week and it hard reset and it won’t let me on the Xbox app. I can literally give all my information but don’t have access to the old email

The only way to sort this out then is by going to the log in page with a secondary email and once there select “forgot password.” Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you the link to a form . You will need to fill it out and wait for Microsoft to contact you and try to help regain access to theaccount,

On the other hand you might want to go to your financial entity and dispute the charge to block it as well.

This is because access is mandatory to cancel a suscription from Xbox side
