Can't log into Xbox Live Servers

Hi.

My XBox Series X can download content and I can play offline but it won't let me play online. My Nat is Open and my profile is online. Everything has been rebooted a few times but nothing seems to work.

If i goto the MS site, the 'manage' option for my subscription take me to Telstra who I can't get hold off.

I was able to use Ultimate Pass until around 2 or 3 days ago until I noticed I couldn't get online with Halo or another game. Intially I thought it was a Halo problem but my other game (Call of Duty) was pointing to the XBox Live servers. I can't see anysubscription on my XBox but I definately have one as I've been using it can can see it on the MS site.

My email and pwd haven't changed.

Any ideas?

Hi there Neil welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. You can try this:

Open the Xbox Guide by pressing the guide button on the controller and select

Settings.

Select Network Settings.

Select Advanced Settings.

Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Allow the console to restart when prompted.

Another thing that should help is opening ports! Ever since I opened them my games download and run faster! Give it a try!

Port 53 (UDP and TCP)

Port 80 (TCP)

Port 88 (UDP)

Port 500 (UDP)

Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)

Port 3544 (UDP)

Port 4500 (UDP)

Well, I think it did after the MAC address thing.

At first it worked, then it didn't (after I started up the console again) but then it was ok after another restart

So far, so good but will need to keep the other instructions to one side if i need to do it. Never opened ports before but it doesn't look too hard.

I can't log in on the servers and also I can't log in on my account

It doesn't solve anything .. there is a problem in live servers but no one in the xbox team cares about us .. iran .. iraq .. syria .. ukrain.. we all can't log in our accounts from 3 or 4 days
