Can’t log into Xbox live or accounts

Hi there,

We are aware that is stated on our Service Alert, the reason we state not to try to remove the profile is due to the fact that the service alert is affecting the signing in process. A few have reported that removing the account has helped. Although others
have stated otherwise.

It looks like serious problem. I am happy that for me it is not the issue as I have few accounts connected to my Xbox.

It must be really painfull. Hopefully it will be sorted out soon.

 

Do you think i should try remove hus account i take it you just remove then i can readd? I know nothing about these things

 

So sorry about this, we are woking on it hard!

 

They are still working on it, personally for my region the problem seem solved since today i can log in without problems...but the issue still exist in other regions.
