Can’t log into Xbox live or accounts

When is microsoft going fix their login issues. Do they seriously expect me to remove all my family members accounts and then relink them. What am i paying them for, really irritating, my children are in tears.

I can’t log into my Xbox live account on my 360, but I can log onto it on my phone or laptop with no issues. How do I fix this?

Hello, reset your Xbox to factory settings only by deleting your account. Without deleting games and applications. This workaround will remove this issue.

Go to Settings> Account> Delete accounts.

 

I’m very concerned about deleting accounts as I have not idea what will happen to all my children’s xp and any available account balance that they have accumulate with xbox scratch cards.

Microsoft shouldn’t leave me resolving their sign-on issues.

Yea that sounds crazy but tell your kids they are working on it but in the mean time it seems like you will have to do all that crap and make it no barriers for all the accounts till the situation is fixed.

Any account that is removed from the console keeps all it has on it, like currency, progress in game etc. The only time it will be gone is if you deactivate the account totally. What we are suggesting when remove and re-add the account will not get rid of
any of that.

I am really ignorant to ll this. So this has been happening for a few days my son says. He logged in yesterday, couldn't the day before and cant again today. It tells him he is accessing sensitive information. Same issue?

Our suggestion currently is not to remove the profile, as the Service Alert is still active and it may specifically state this, but the most that
may be attempted is to Restart the Console, as well as request to be notified when the service is back online.
