Cant log into XBOX live from PC

Hello I can not log in to Xbox Live from my Windows PC since 2 days ?

Error code does not show any result via search

Cant sign into xbox app

I wanted to stream my Games from my Xbox One onto my PC, so I downloaded the Xbox App for Windows. Now the bad thing is that I cant log into the Xbox App. i can log i´nto my live Account on my Xbox and so on, but when I want to log into the Xbox App I always
get the Message: We cant sign you in at the Moment. Please try later. And i get the error code (0x409) 0x80070002.

Please is there any solution to my problem?

i cant seem to change my email address on my xbox console but i cant as it keeps saying that my password is invalid but yet i use the same password when i log into my hotmail account and xbox live account on my pc so why cant i log in on my console pls help

 

In the Windows 10 Xbox App, can you go to Settings and then click the Network tab and let us know what it says? It covers network tests for your network as well as notification for Service issues.

Also can you let us know what you're trying to do when signing in and getting the error? Are you opening a game, or trying to use the Xbox App?
