cant log into xbox beta even though account works

ok i tried to install it on the store again and this time now it wont let me install it and its giving me an error

i havent signed into anything because that is why its giving me the option to sign in, i cant see any problems on the account i just think the app is broken and microsoft wont fix it

Thanks for coming to the forums with the issue of signing in. Have you made sure you are not already signed in on an account? Make sure to log off any account signed in then try. Also removed the picture as it had personal information contained. Also log
in on the
account website make sure everything is ok on the account.
