If you’re experiencing issues trying to install a game on your Xbox console, check the Xbox status to see if there’s a service alert. If the service is up and running, make sure you’re signed in to your Xbox account. You can also check whether you have enough hard drive space, and whether you have a pending system update.

2. Scroll down and look at the lower left side if you can see the page matches the country/region you are currently located.
   
3. If not, please select the country/region it is showing and select the correct one among the list.
   
4. Make sure to use to check the available contact times of the support.
   
5. Select the "Contact Us" button
   
6. Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
   
7. The next window will provide you with support articles based on your request and we recommend reviewing the relevant articles before selecting the "See contact options" button.

The servers didn’t have any problem and i can play warthunder and world of warships but i can’t play Forza Motorsport 7, Forza Horizon 4 and F1 2018

Well how come my world of warships is working fine world of tanks always has some kind of problem world of warships I've had no problems with strangers that

I really like Forza or World of Warships: Legends. I've liked playing racing games since Need for Speed Underground. I played a lot of World of Tanks and I think World of Warships: Legends is a better game then that.
