    For 25 days, on line status questionable. Cloud connection sporadic. Please help.

    You cannot play offline either as it still errors "loading your data from the cloud" giving error code 121003.

    Unfortunately no luck, nobody seems to know anything about these error codes 121003 and 124 on Microsoft Solitaire Collection. Seems to be a cloud issue. The message is no internet connection when the computer is connected.

    I confirmed what others suspected. Error code 121003 means your gamertag file on the cloud servers has been corrupted, and Microsoft won't admit it or fix it. Create a new gamertag with new e-mail. abandon the old.
