I can't log into my live account, it comes up with this message (

I have an error message saying your membership is suspended until you pay for it. You'll need to do this on another device.

On a pc or mobile device, go to https//account.microsoft.com/paynow and fix how you pay for your membership.) I can't remember my password to log in to another device as I can't remember my password or the password to the email I created my account with,
all the helplines are closed. Can anyone help?

Been trying since 11 am, to log in to do today's solitaire competition. Now it's 11 pm. I see I'm not the only one! Do you think they will extend the event for another 24 hours? I can't stay up all night hoping the problem will be resolved... I've been
in the top 50 in every event - I'd hate to miss one and ruin my record...

I have the same thing. You can't reach customer support because of the call volume it just hangs up on you. You can't get a chat support either. Garbage. Something is serious. I noticed it about 4 hours ago. I can't even play games because I can't
sign in! I'll try disconnecting wifi and see if that helps, but I believe it is all on them

Remove your account, then re-download. That should work just worked for me
