Can’t log into my childhood account

I’m reaching out because I’ve been locked out of my childhood Xbox account for several years, and I’ve exhausted every option I know of to try and recover it.

The issue began when the account was flagged for security concerns. I’ve since been completely locked out, and both recovery options — the phone number and secondary email — are no longer accessible. The secondary email belonged to my mother, who has since passed away, and I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account either.

Every time I try to reset my password, I’m told there have been too many failed attempts, and the account remains locked. I’ve submitted the account recovery form over a dozen times, spread out over months and even years, providing everything I can — my Xbox console ID, credit card used on the account, purchase history, and more — but I keep getting denied.

The reason, I believe, is because I made the account when I was a child (around 8 years old), and I had to use incorrect or made-up information just to get it working at the time. That includes things like my birthdate, which doesn’t match my real one. Now the system won’t let me update or verify any of that information unless I pass a security check — but I can’t pass the security check because the information is inaccurate.

So I’m stuck. I can’t log in without passing verification, but I can’t pass verification because I can’t log in or access the old recovery options — and nobody at support seems able to help without me logging in. This has become a loop with no way out.

This account has my entire childhood of games and purchases tied to it — thousands of dollars in content. I’m not asking to bypass security, I’m asking for a real person to review my case, verify my ownership based on the console ID and purchase records, and help me manually recover my account.
