Cant log into my account

Discus and support Cant log into my account in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; My son was having a hard time getting Fortnite update to work. It was frozen and not updating.     Cant log into my account


    My son was having a hard time getting Fortnite update to work. It was frozen and not updating. I logged out of the xbox and now i cant log back in. Keeps telling me to try again later 0x87DD0006. Is this part of the outage thats going on? My other son
    is playing on his xbox right now with no issues. It is weird. Thanks

    Can you try and re-download your profile



    • Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
    • Select Download Profile..
    • Enter the Windows Live ID associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. enter your Windows Live ID password.
    • Note If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID information is required to download the profile.
    • Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).

    Yes it is. The outage is only affecting a certain amount of Xbox users.
