cant log into my account

Discus and support cant log into my account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i cant log into my account on one of my xbox ones it says to log into account.live.com sign in:0x800488FC please help don't know what this means ?...     CANT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT

    so this morning I go to see which friends are on Xbox to see if it's worth hopping on and playing, and when it turns on I'm not signed in. Which was different, and when in go to sign in it gives me this damn login error, I can't seem to figure out how to
    fix this problem and xbox doesn't have have solutions either. What can I do to fix this issue

    I CANT LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT

    Every time I try to log into my profile when im offline it automatically logs me out a few seconds later and says to sign in using a remote.. I have had my xbox over a year and this has never happened.. I have signed in with a connection before and then
    disconnected but it still logged me out and said to use a remote to sign in.. the problem is I am already using the remote assigned to my account and it still says this.. Does anybody know how to fix that?

    Can you try and re-download your profile



    • Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
    • Select Download Profile..
    • Enter the Windows Live ID associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag. enter your Windows Live ID password.
    • Note If your account is an Xbox LIVE child account, the parent’s Windows Live ID information is required to download the profile.
    • Select the storage device for your profile (for example, Hard Drive).
