Can't log into my account for Microsoft Solitaire Collection

For the past month I've not been able to log into my account for Microsoft Solitaire Collection. I can log into Microsoft XBox main site okay. I keep getting a message saying I have a
1170000 error and directs me to a site. I've followed all of the directions but it still doesn't work. I've even removed the game and reinstalled and it still made no difference. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone please direct me how to fix
this problem. If I can't fix it, I'll be uninstalling it for good.

Logging in to Microsoft Solitaire Collection

I changed my Microsoft username, and now I cannot log in to Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

I can log in to XBox live web site with the new info, and it does show my account.

Solitaire shows error 1170000, but I could not find any info on that code.

It will not let me enter new user account info, it goes into a loop - log off - can not log on

I am logged into the Solitaire Collection alright but I can't log into the Daily Challenges.

 

I have the same issue, for about the same time frame. Would be pleased to see a solution, if anyone has one.

 

I am having the same issue - to be exact 22 times in the last 6 months. Sometimes reinstalling the game clears it. Twice I have called the Microsoft help line and they were unable to fix it. The longest I have been is 4 days and it miraculously came back.
I am so tired of the problem I am ready to uninstall it for good. As much as I love the games, there are a lot of other ones out there.

 

I'm getting similar problems, in that app keeps saying that I have an internet connection problem and comes up with an error code 121003, can't find any results for this code, and after trying multiple times of uninstalling, resetting and
reloading the app, and trying every troubleshooter and solution I can find, I have come to the conclusion that the problem is with Microsoft, hopefully somebody will get it sorted soon.
