    Can't Log into Microsoft Jigsaw


    Hi

    I can't log into Jigsaw periodically. I keep getting a message which states "Choose another item" This in-app purchase item is no longer available in Microsoft Jigsaw. It then gives a code which changes everytime I choose to see if I can get into the game.
    I tried it earlier this evening and it did download but then froze. It has since returned to the above message once again.

    In fact I have been having problems periodically with all my Microsoft Games and notice it is everytime a new advertisment or update has happened.

    Please help or correct this problem as it is so frustrating and I almost feel playing the games is no longer worth the effort of trying to access them.

    Microsoft Jigsaw

    Microsoft Jigsaw will not log in my user name. I can log into Microsoft Solitaire and Mahjong. I have even reinstalled Jigsaw. I t still doesn't work

    Microsoft Jigsaw occasionally won't sign in despite you being logged into your microsoft account, occasionally what has helped me is signing out of my account and back in on my device and than attempting to start Microsoft Jigsaw

    Microsoft games and Xbox sign-in issues

    Same problem with Jigsaw - Solitaire works, but not Jigsaw on Surface 4 in the past week. Xbox customer help can't solve it as this is a 'games on windows' problem, they say. Microsoft Answer Desk can't help. And Jigsaw works fine on a Dell Win 10 platform,
    so it's something about Jigsaw communicating with the xbox registry server on the Surface 4.

    I am having the same problem loggig oto Microsoft Jigsaw. I can log on to Microsoft Solitare, Sudoku and Mahjong as well as Magic Puzzles. I log into all with my Microsoft log in and on the main Microsoft site. Please help.
