    Can't log into Microsoft account on Minecraft


    Its been weeks since I've been able to get into Minecraft online or access the marketplace. How convenient that I was denied access after I paid for my membership, skins and packs. Heads need to roll. When will this be SOLVED @Microsoft, @XBoX, @Mojang?
    Or do I have to get my attorney involved because you guys are STEALING our hard earned money.

    Minecraft Account was stolen, customer service is not helping

    Hi Lucas,

    So the email that used to be used to log into minecraft has a microsoft account. When I log in to the microsoft account specifically, I'm not sure if the account has been migrated. Like I said, I can't figure out how to log into an account to download minecraft.

    Honestly, maybe the account was migrated but to a stolen microsoft account? If that was the case, how would I get my game back?

    All of my settings are up to par which would facilitate me being able to play online. This issue is years long from what I've learned and has yet to be addressed by either of the "Big Three".

    Can you provide some more details on what you're having a problem with? Is it the Java version? Windows 10? Xbox One? And are you trying to sign into the game? What does the error message say? When did this start, since you were able to log in prior?
