There is no problem with my account! I can't log into my Microsoft account, I used security codes and I have refreshed, and I have looked into the Microsoft email, I have put in authentication codes.. NOTHING is working. I've even changed my passwords. I
can log onto it on my COMPUTER but not on my Xbox.. The code i get when I log on is 8015D003 HELP!

Not able to log in to account

i can not log into my account on my xbox 1. I tried rebooting and then deleting my account but it wouldn't let me add another account keeps telling me sorry there was a problem. So then i did a factory reboot and when i get to the account step it does the
same thing not letting me add my Microsoft account and telling again sorry there was a problem

I see the offer to get a Free Gold Membership, but...

every time i go to check it out and accept it, it keeps telling me there's a problem connecting to XBOX Live, when i don't think there's a problem at all? The only way i can access this membership is through my Xbox360 but the result remains the same. Is
there something really going on or...? I log in just fine and everything.

I am having the same problem. I can't log into the Solitaire Collection game as it tells me that I don't have an internet connection, which I do. It tells me that I'm not not logged in to my XBOX account and I can't log in to it. When I try clicking Solitaire
Collection, it takes me back to my desktop screen. :S I have had this problem since yesterday (November 4) and today it's still the same.

I am also on Windows 8.1.

Hi, I seem to be having a similar problem where my xbox1 will connect to live I'll go to play lego indiana jones which is backwards compatible and it will say I'm logged in but if I go to the menu I can see that I'm not. I try to
log in and it tells me that I can't connect to Xbox live but my one is still signed in and connected to Xbox live.

This is happening on the microsoft website and it would tell me to go fix the problem when i would try to log into my xbox account which isn't possible if it doesn't let me in.

sorry for interupt you.. but i have a problem..i go to my safehouses for save the game and i can't.. it tells me that i have to log in in windows live games... i put my E-mail and my pass and still nothing..
