    I'm having trouble logging into my live account with the new beta, and I cannot get onto the forum. My internet connection is still fine (I tested it and it still works, and none of the other devices connected to it are having problems). Please help!

    I can't log into my live account, it comes up with this message (

    I have an error message saying your membership is suspended until you pay for it. You'll need to do this on another device.

    On a pc or mobile device, go to https//account.microsoft.com/paynow and fix how you pay for your membership.) I can't remember my password to log in to another device as I can't remember my password or the password to the email I created my account with,
    all the helplines are closed. Can anyone help?

    when I log into my Xbox live account a pop up appears stating "Your membership is suspended until you pay for it. You'll need to do this on another device.

    On a PC or mobile device, go to Sign in to your Microsoft account and fix how you pay for your membership". I'm little concerned about this situation because I don't know if I'll be able to log back into live from my account, someone please give me some
    answers.

    I suffered this error code too, and xbox customer service didn't get through this, how to solve this problem?

    Hey!

    I have here is all you need to know about the error: support.xbox.com/.../error-code-lookup (Put in the code 0x80a4000b)

    This may mean one of the following:

    •Your billing information for your Microsoft account needs to be updated.

    •There’s a network connection issue.

    On the link I gave you, there is some possible solutions.

    Can the primary account be changed?

    Hi!

    That's what I don't understand because the main account has Xbox live and that allows the three secondary accounts to have access to live. So we all have live. But only when the main account is logged in. I can't access any games that have been purchased by the main account unless the main account is logged in.

    I've checked the Home settings and it is checked. But unless that main account is actively logged in, we can't use anything. I'm thoroughly confused.
