    Can't log into halowaypoint


    I tried logging into halowaypoint.com to redeem some Halo Infinite codes and all I get is "Internal Server Error". I've tried plenty of fixes to no avail. I can't even log onto support.halowaypoint.com without the error. My friends near me can log into the site so it seems to be something with my Microsoft account, but I can still log into my account from Xbox and Microsoft sites.

    Did you ever find a solution to this issue? A couple others and I have the same issue currently. Even when using a device where someone was able to sign into their account when I tried I get a blank screen that says "Internal Server Error" in the top left corner.

    Then I suggest contacting Xbox support or 343 Industries as this seems to be an account issue!

    Yes I'm using my PC, but I've also tried using my phone AND someone else's to log into my account on halowaypoint.

    The virtual agent gets you in contact with an agent if I'm correct.

    I tried logging on with a couple different data hotspots. No luck. I don't know exactly if they have the same effect as using different wifi or a vpn. Any suggestions?
