    I downloaded Ark to play with my friends on console, now I can't log into my account, I tried making another account but the same message appears, can somebody help me? I'm pretty frustrated I just purchased the game.

    Do I have to download a game I already have?

    If you have a Game Pass Ultimate subscription you should be able to download Ark from the Microsoft store for free. You will need to re download through the Microsoft Store in order to play, because you will be on Microsoft's Services and not Steam's.

    I'm logging in with my microsoft account, through the microsoft account log in.

    I've already migrated my account and it worked, because I played after it migrated. I've been having this issue after I changed to the new minecraft launcher they've released through the microsoft store, and I can't log in to Xbox Live through the Xbox app either.
