Cant log into App, when trying to get Support will not let me fill in required boxes to start

so I have been unable to get any help atoll I try to use Microsoft support they send me to xbox support I try to use xbox support and they have a name block that says it is required to fill out but its greyed out and impossible to click on even if I use
tab repeatably to try to get to the box it just skips over it and sence the name block is required I cant continue without filling it out even though its impossible to do so, and the forums don't seem to have a section for help with your account so I'm sorry
I'm posting it here and hopefully someone sees it and can help me out,.

I had an account name Frethelt and it was linked to my AOL account but I lost access to my aol account so I called support a few years ago and they said they switched it over to my new email account, but when I tried to log in to my account It wasent my
Frethelt account they had made me a new account named FatterToe and it had none of my games or achievments ive called and messaged repeatably to try to get it resolved and eventually they did swap my log in email for my frethelt account to my new email.. but
now I cant use it atoll.. because I cant log into it with my old email it says account dosent exist but with my new email it just logs into FatterToe, I just want to finally be able to get back into my account can someone please help me

if I made a new email and swaped fattertoe to it do you think that would allow me to use my Frethelt account again?

Had this happen to me the other day. Froze every time I logged, This after working flawlessly the day before. And for whatever reason it started working again this morning. I actually have a replacement box coming. Then tonight I played no problems, but
as I was going to bed my box froze and I try to reboot it and its doing it again. I cant log in. This is so frustrating. I love this box when its working. Hopefully when I wake up its back to working again.

Glad to know I'm not alone, but frustrating to see this is a big issue! I tried to contact support but it wouldn't let me fill in the required fields to chat. Anyone able to get through and get answers?

Neither link worked for me, they both just sent me to the main support page. And when i tried to go to a certain support cat, it would prompt me to log in again, same when trying to go to a sub cat. However i finally was able to get to the form and got
it filled out. Thank you all for all your help!

that first step i cant even try cause i cant even log into my xbox account. everytime i try to log in it tells me "you will need the internet for this" im connected to the internet. I cant get into the settings cause it wont let me log in. The firewall
thing was fine. i didnt need to change anything for that. i dont know how to fix this
