Can't log into any profile on my Xbox one

Oh my goodness. I'm going to lose my mind. No one can log in to their profile. We have power cycled, updated everything, etc. and nothing works. When we enter our passwords, it just acts like we didn't even put anything in. Returns to a blank box. And if
we click on the "forgot password" button, it just gives a new code every time you enter the correct code. I'm right on the edge with this crud. It appears that a ton of people are have extremely similar problems. I am very upset.

once I write my password the window just close and nothing happen. I don't have any error message or code.

I submitted a ticket to the Xbox support team, and they said that they see my Xbox One activity on my Xbox.com profile. I just logged in, and I still can't see it.

Any thoughts?

The issues began before I cancelled the subscriptions.

My son's still can't play shared games unless my profile is logged in

But if I'm logged in to one xbox, then it logs me out of the other xbox.

So both son's can't play at the same time, why can't they play these games from their profiles?

Will deleting the profile lose your saved games on the console? I'm having the same issue. My family membership expired. When I renewed the membership, I can log on my Xbox with Live gold. Button son can't log in on the other Xbox. His profile is one of
the profiles on my family gold account...

If you are playing games your friend owns on your account, you will need to set his account on your home xbox, to do this, log into your friends account and go over to settings. Then go to personalization and click home xbox, click make make this my home
xbox.

If what you mean is that you cant sign into any account then try doing a hard restart by holding the power button on your console for 10 seconds then restart the console.
