    Can’t log in.


    I tried to log into my Microsoft account on my ps4 but it says my ps4 is already connected to a Microsoft account. However, I have no idea what the information to this account is. Is there anyway I can figure out my old Microsoft account information that was previously connected to my ps4?

    That’s great thanks but the problem is I can’t log on and you can’t get help unless you can log in first

    This is not a fraud or hacking or anything but my friend was grounded and he gave me his Xbox email and password I tried the first 1 he gave to me and I did it right 3 times but it still said incorrect try again and so I texted him he gave me 2 more and he said out of those 3 that’s one of them for sure and i tried them all 5 times and it said incorrect try again
    Just so you know, sharing of account details is against the TOS and can lead to enforcement actions being taken against the account. Logging in to accounts that you do not own is also against the TOS and can lead to enforcement actions being taken against the account and possibly even the console.
