Can't log in

Discus and support Can't log in in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So, my boyfriend has a Microsoft account, and no matter how many times we recover or reset the password it still won't let him log in.     Can't log in


    So, my boyfriend has a Microsoft account, and no matter how many times we recover or reset the password it still won't let him log in. We've tried countless times on many occasions, and it continues to give us the "Your account or password is incorrect. If you don’t remember your password, reset it now." I have tried all of the things that have been suggested, and it won't work.

    The only thing we want to log in for is Minecraft for the PS4. Nothing will work.

    Hi

    Your best option would be to get the account holder to contact the
    Xbox Support     team and as long as they can prove ownership of the account hopefully they will be able to get
    Xbox Support to change the E-mail address and reset the password on the account.

    We were able to log into your account with no issues, so this sounds like it may be a user connectivity issue. You may wish to try using a different browser or to clear your browser's cache.

    I've tried both my Samsung, and my computer on Windows 11, as well as both Microsoft Edge and Chrome. I cleared the cache but it still won't work, is there any way this can be fixed?
