    Can't log in xbox live still


    Hi

    I hope someone can help me, since yesterday afternoon I can't log in to xbox live (it was working fine saturday morning) I can log in to xbox live on my 360 and works fine. Just been chatting to support via chat and the person was no help at all, although
    I repeatedly explained it was nothing to do not having xbox gold. Tried clearing my alternate mac address in advanced setting and all the "test connections" on the x1 seem fine.. Strange thing is I can see 3 friends online stil;l but its the same people when
    it stopped work playing the same games.

    If someone from xbox support can fix this, I would be grateful

    Still can't log in

    Issue began yesterday and is still going... puzzles are all gone, bars are all gone!!!!!!!!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

    Have you tried hard resetting your Xbox?

    After talking to xbox support on the phone, its now fixed! Did an offline system update and now working fine. The lady on the phone was very helpful

    Still the same issue. I can use the Xbox Live Gold features while I'm logged in no problem, but I still can't set the Xbox as my home Xbox.
