Cant log in using the app

Discus and support Cant log in using the app in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have not used the xbox app for very much, but ive found an issue i can't figure out, when i am using the remote app to play netflix or just sign in...     I have not used the xbox app for very much, but ive found an issue i can't figure out, when i am using the remote app to play netflix or just sign in in general i dont jave enough buttons to type my pass key am i doing something wrong?

    XBOX apps on Windows 10 laptop not working after system update

    Experiencing the same problem. Strangely using the same PC if I log in using my microsoft account the xbox app works fine and I can stream no problems, however if my son logs on using his account it doesn't work, just get the spinning dots followed by green
    screen. He does appear to be logged in though as if I go back my account and log in to the app he shows in friend list as being logged in on the app.

    We then tried to log him in to the app on a windows 10 laptop and it worked fine. Makes no sense. All worked prior to the latest update.

    Have tried removing the xbox app using powershell and reinstalling but made no difference.

    go to your microsoft account billing page and update your details. via and then it should work, if not, after updating your details, re download your profile.
