Can't log in to xbox

Hello,

When attempting to log in to my account on xbox, it will bring a loading screen and then with out providing the prompt for user name and password it goes directly back to the add new profile page. Can some one please help, these are the things I have done
so far to solve the issue, based on other recommendations.

1. Cold reset (using power button on console for 10 seconds)

2. Removing the current account to add new accounts (unsuccessful since the issue persisted)

3. Reset while keeping existing games

4. Reset and remove everything

5. Manual/offline update using OSU1 file from xbox support page downloaded on a USB drive.

6. Reset through the prompt that comes by pressing eject and sync buttons on the console.

exact same issue posted earlier

ive done all the reboots as well no matter what you do at add screen its showing loading then back to add screen

Hi

Your best option would be to get the account holder to contact the
Xbox Support team and as long as they can prove ownership of the account hopefully they will be able to get
Xbox Support to change the E-mail address and reset the password on the account.

We were able to log into your account with no issues, so this sounds like it may be a user connectivity issue. You may wish to try using a different browser or to clear your browser's cache.

I've tried both my Samsung, and my computer on Windows 11, as well as both Microsoft Edge and Chrome. I cleared the cache but it still won't work, is there any way this can be fixed?
