    Cant log in to xbox live account


    Now my account is bloced because I tried it like 5 times. Id also didnt work to send me a textmessage on my phone.... all I have is the email adress, the gametag and my xbox on idea.

    Can someone help me id would be really bad to loose all my online gamesaves

    New Dashboard issues (preview member)

    both triggers +y to refresh your dash. Log out of your account sign in to another account the hard reboot. Once u reboot log into your regular account. This should force the Xbox to refresh the Xbox live data that has become stale. If it does not report the bug to the Xbox team.

    I cant connect to my other account via xbox because when the option came up to use a windows live id to login i selected yes to use and i didnt have a windows live id

    Can someone please help honestly how the heck do i log on to my xbox live account because i can only get on the account if i disconnect the internet, meaning i cant log onto Xbox Live
