Can't log in to the enforcement site

I received a notification email that an action had been taken against my account and to go to enforcement.xbox.com for details, but every time I try to log in to that site, it just sits there and eventually refreshes the page with me not logged in. I am able to log in to the main xbox page with my credentials and I did not receive a notification about any action on my xbox or via a message on xbox. Additionally, I only play games online with my brother (and only one game at that) and cannot imagine what I could have done to trigger this response. This makes me think this was in error, but without being able to log in to the enforcement site, I cannot tell for sure. I did a chat with someone for support and they said that I wouldn't be able to log in to the enforcement site until the suspension was over, but I can't see how that could be possible since that is where you need to go to file a case review. Not sure what else to try since it appears you can't contact xbox support for anything related to enforcement actions, which I guess I understand to some degree. Nothing currently seems limited in terms of my use of xbox services, so I am slightly inclined to just ignore the whole thing, but my curiosity about what is going on is strong. Any ideas on what might be going on?

Ah, I was hoping since it was an issue of access to the site and not of the enforcement itself there might be a lane to at least get the information they say should be available.

Ive tried everything. 3 different computers and still can't sign in to see what i did wrong. I didn't get a suspended enforcement. I got a permanent ban. Have no idea why. Probably trolls as i don't game online. However i did change my region to buy a game from the Hong kong Microsoft Store using a $300HK Microsoft card i purchase online. If that's what I'm banned for then I'll just stop supporting Microsoft & move over to Sony.

Unfortunately only the enforcement page has that information. You can also check your email if you have received a notice of the enforcement action on there as well

Ok, I think I have found the cause of the issue (though I still can't log in to the enforcement site). It looks like a screenshot I took of the game Judgment and had sent to a friend was removed and there is now just an image of a gavel, which I assume means it deleted by moderation. Why would a screenshot of a game microsoft sold me be against the terms and conditions?

Recently this issue has been coming up a lot; not being able to sign into the enforcement page after a suspension is received. Sadly, there's no troubleshooting for this since it is an account issue and the enforcement page opens on my end. It appears the support person you spoke to might be right, but i haven't found any official information confirming this, so there's no way to know for sure
