    Can't log in to profile after cancelling XBOX Live on XBOX 360


    Hello,

    I used to have XBOX Live but I cancelled my subscription 6 months ago. I had set up a four-button passcode years before. When I cancelled my subscription, I think I was still able to use the passcode to get in to my account even though I no longer had XBOX
    live.

    Now, I cannot, and it just says 'sorry, there was a problem, try again later' and gives me the error code 8007007A. Can anyone help me with this? I'm not asking to re-subscribe to Xbox Live, I just want to be able to use my profile like I was before.

    Hi Zeroice,

    The issues began before I cancelled the subscriptions.

    My son's still can't play shared games unless my profile is logged in

    But if I'm logged in to one xbox, then it logs me out of the other xbox.

    So both son's can't play at the same time, why can't they play these games from their profiles?

    I have the same problem since last three days. I can log in my profil but can't connect to xbox live. I notice that after few tries xbox connect me to xbox live but it is really annoying.
