    Can't log in to old account, now I can't log into minecraft at all.


    I can't remember the password to my older Microsoft account that I use to play Minecraft, and now that the account is linked to the launcher, I can't even use a different account to play. I've tried to contact support, but I always get led to the same recovery form page that never helps. Every time I fill it out, it's rejected, and I can't even email Microsoft through my old accounts email because it seems impossible to contact them at all. I stopped using the phone number I have linked to the account ages ago which means I can't use it to recover anything, and if I don't even remember the first password I used, then I'm not gonna be able to remember two accurately enough to recover my account. I need help and I feel like there's no way I can get it.

    yes I have bought Minecraft on both the new and the old accounts. I am using Windows 10 right now.

    I logged off Microsoft store and the Xbox app, in the minecraft launcher, I am not logged in, that's the problem. I am not logged in, yet when I want to, it automatically pre-determines the account I am signing in and I can't change it. I've also tried the wsreset.exe command but that didnt work as well.

    My windows is up to date and all the recent updates are dowloaded.

    Still not sure what is the problem, thanks for trying to help though.
