    Can’t log in to my Xbox


    Every time i turn on my xbox and go to sign in it says there is a problem with my account. And to fix it at my account.live.com. Ive been on my account ang everything is up to date. Please help

    There is no error code just says there is a problem with account and to fix it online at my account.live.com. I have been on there and cant find a problem

    Hey there beckyshaw1,

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice no to get past this. I can totally see how this could be pretty puzzling. I suggest

    removing and redownloading     the account to the Xbox when you get the chance.

    If that does not do the trick you might have to contact
    customer support     for a little more specific account related troubleshooting and support.

    Can sign into xbox.com and see the same gamer tag? Make sure the account email on the console and the xbox site are identical. This is the most common issue with signing in and getting that message.
