    Can't log in to my profile on my Xbox 360.


    Every time I try logging in to my profile on my Xbox 360, it ask me to enter in my email and password to update security on the profile. I then go ahead and do that, but at the end of the steps it gives me error codes and ask me to try again. So far
    I have gotten the error codes 807B01F7 and 800705B4. The first one doesn't make sense as I haven't purchased anything on my Xbox lately (apart from today's Destiny update) and the second is ridiculous because I don't access window media center nor can I because
    I'm locked out of my profile. I have deleted the account from my Xbox, cleared the system cache 3 times, then redownloaded the profile and I'm still having the same problem. This is currently the second time that it has happened to me. If someone can please
    help me out that would be amazing. Thank you.

    Can't download profile on 360,but xbox works.

    So this is whats going on.

    i can log in on the xbox 1,but i can't download my profile on the 360,(had to go buy a new one as my disk reader quit.)

    was wondering if there was any reason the xbox 1 i can log in with the right pass word but on the 360 when i go to download my profile and enter the pass it says its wrong.

    Error 8015D002, can't download profile on 360, can log in to LIVE on Xbox One just fine.

    I can do everything just fine with this profile of mine, log in to forums, post, log in to LIVE on my Xbox One, but for some reason I can't sign in to my profile on my 360. I changed my password, deleted my profile, reset the cache three times in a row,
    restarted it, and tried to download my profile, but nothing doing. Even tried the app security code and that didn't work. What is going on? Is my profile banned from my console or something?

I am sorry to know about your issue; However, we have multiple detailed troubleshooting steps for this matter on the official Xbox website to help you take care of it. Before going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

    Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

    If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP) Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

    In case the issue still persists after the previous steps have been performed here is the official link to all the 360 network troubleshooting steps that can help sort this out for you.

    I am not actually seeing anything about network settings..on my computer? I don't have a Mac and I don't know if that's what you meant by Mac. Sorry, I'm not really sure of where to do all of this.
