    can't log in to my Minecraft pe account


    my phone crashed and performed a factory reset. After reopening Minecraft Pe and sign-in , the game send me to account.live.com , and after i press the sign-in button, it jumped to a page that it said " please only download the app from trusted shops or websites before you continue." And once i press the continue button it jumps straight back to the game without signing in . But i literally downloaded the app from play store,and i even purchased the Minecraft realm... Pls help...thx a lot.

    Hello, I have the same problem with my account. Microsoft MADE me login again to play Minecraft PE and it somehow created a new account on THE SAME email.

    Now I can't access any of the games I purchased, but somehow still can access Minecraft PE, but not JAVA and Forza Horizon 4, please help because this is the equivalent to waste of money!

    Thank you for proving that detail for us.

    As long as you are using the Bedrock version of the title [Minecraft PE, Minecraft Xbox One, Minecraft Switch, Minecraft Windows 10] and you are logged into your Microsoft Account on whatever platform you are using, your save data and your purchases in-game
    are all carried along with you.

    Can you verify for us that you logged into the account that you have your world saved onto you phone?
