    Can't log in to my account


    I'm currently logged in my account (account B), I've been trying to log to my original account (we'll call it account A) but everytime I enter the account A email it just logs in to account B instead! I know they're two different accounts because A has my minecraft account yet B doesn't have an xbox account yet!

    PLEASE help me!

    does the problem occur on windows? if it is on xbox remove both accounts and add again.

    Hi i tried this and now when i try to add my account back nothing loads and it keeps crashing any suggestions on what i should do? I’ve tried restarting my xbox multiple times, unplugged it and done a full shutdown but nothing has worked

    Go ahead and give it a try and then let us know of any changes.
