Can't log in to my account settings

Hello,

I have been using this account (Disccordia) since the original Xbox came out. Been a gold member for 8+ years. I recently decided to create a new account because I wanted to start fresh for Xbox One with a new gamercard. My new gamertag is ("Hyperion Black").
When I created the new gamertag, I switched my email address on my original gamertag to a different one and then set my new gamertag as the email address I previously used (because it's the one I use primarily).

The problem is, I can NOT access my Xbox account settings from either my 360 or Xbox One. I get an error message. I get error messages such as: "We could not get info about your xbox live account 0x80bd0006"

When I try and log in to Xbox.com with this account I am greeted with this error:

Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

On two occasions I have talked to people on livechat and they have both been confused with my problem. I understand that the way I set it up might have confused your system. It's not a problem, but I am getting frustrated that I am getting absolutely NO
help in having this issue resolved. On both occasions with livechat I was told it was going to higher ups with more permissions to accounts to fix it but I've heard nothing. PLEASE can somebody at Xbox look at my "Hyperion Black" account and
fix it. I don't want to start using it properly until I am confident I can access all my account settings. Thank you.

Can't log-in to my account

Every time I selected my account nothing would happen. So I removed it thinking I could log back in to the account and all would be good. Now it says that account is already being used by someone on the console but nothing is listed anywhere showing an account
on the console. Ive tried restarting and a hard restart with no luck. Help.

 

Caqn't log in to my parent account

When I go to the Settings>Family (as instructed on the console) > select my account (parent) , it says settings can't be changed. I need to log in to my parent account so that I can change some of the settings.

 

I do not know what kind eorror is that. But fine boys and girls at tech support can help. In Canada and USA it 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
