    For 3 days i've been trying to enter my xbox account, but it was giving the 0x801901f4 error code. I checked online and did everything i've found: restarting the system, powercycle, 10 seconds pressing the start button on console, rebooting with and without
    deleting files, but i still cant enter my account. I deleted the account, and now there isn't even an error code, just a grey waiting sign then back to home screen. Really upset, please help me.

    I think it may be because of covid 19 because when i went on xbox's home page, there was a notification saying there are gonna be some issues and they might not reply asap due to covid but they'll try their best to reply and help

    When i turn my xbox on and move my left stick to switch to my game, it won't move. It's like it's frozen. When i click on the xbox button to see all the things like messages and trophies etc it comes up so slow and when it does come up it won't show anything
    its just frozen there. I need help fast

    on xbox.com it works fine, so the problem isnt the account itself. Tried using my neighbour's wifi and didnt work either. Called a game store and the guy said maybe its a hardrive problem, but my xbox one x isnt even 2 years old, and everything was working
    fine, including updates.

    Please Microsoft, internet people, anyone, help me

    since you've had the same problem, what did they do to help? I am currently trying to get in contact with xbox support, but not getting answers, maybe because of covid 19 they are not answering
