Can't log in on Xbox / Win10

Hi!

I just got the game Age of Empires - Definitive Edition. When I try to log in on the game it will not let me. When I try to log in via the Xbox app on my PC it won't work. It's stuck on the "Log in"-screen. When I try to refresh
the app (top left corner) it says I can't log in now, try again later and shows errorcode 0X404.

Help me!

Windows 10 apps and Xbox cannot log in

Seems that my Surface 3 and Minecraft Win10 are in the same boat. I can log in on the website, but the app can't. Any ideas? Kinda stinks that I can't play the game.

I buyed today Forza Horizon 3, Downloadet and installed. When i want to play it on Win10, i can't log in in my Account. The Message come. The Forza Horizon profile you are trying to load is no longer available. Please contact Xbox Support.

Solution 1: Check for updates

• Manually update Xbox app
  

Click this link and follow the steps on how to check for updates for apps and games
from Windows Store. Search if there are any updates available for the Xbox app. This is to make sure you have the latest version of the application.

• Check for the latest updates for your Windows 10 device
  

1. Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon in the lower-left corner of the main screen.

2. Select Settings, and then select Update & Security.

3. On the Windows Update tab, select Check now to see if any updates are available for your device.

4. Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.

5. Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect. Make sure that you save and close any apps that you have open before you restart.



Solution 2: Sign in as a different user

1.Press the Windows button on your device or keyboard, or select the Windows icon from the bottom-left corner of the main screen.

2. Select your account name from the top-left corner of the menu, and then select Switch account.

3. Sign in with an account other than the one you were using.

4. Launch the Xbox app and check if it works.



Solution 3: Remove anti-virus

1. On the Start menu, select Settings.

2. Select System > Apps & features.

3. Select the program, and then select Uninstall.

4. Follow the directions on the screen.

Let me know if you get something that works, I'd like to try it too! Looking at the response you got from Jarcas022187 here, none of those helped my issue.

 

Same problem. I tried a lot of different things but all of the fixes proposed do not work and Microsoft services are not working for me online either.
