Can't log in on xbox live on xbox one

This issue better get resolved today or I want my money by out for the Xbox one and the games I got almost $1000 tied up in the system and I cannot play my dang games, this sux!!!!

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Plus no replays or reasons are being told to customers about these issues, and xbox is terrible at tutoring it's users.

Hello RWKGamerInc.

There was an XBL service outage earlier today that affected Xbox One consoles. The outage has now been resolved on Xbox's end but you'll need to power cycle your console so that it can retrieve the latest service info.

Here's how to power cycle your console.

1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console until the console completely powers off (you'll know that this is the case when the light on the PSU goes orange).

2. Wait 30 seconds.

3. Power on the console via the Xbox button on the console or controller. "Xbox On" will not work in this case.

Xbox live is a joke. It is supposed to be the all in one entertainment box, but half the time i can't even log in and my internet is not the problem. The xbox and its live service are a huge p.o.s.

You can't delete it. You can still log into the one on your Xbox 360 with the Windows Live ID you created it with, here on xbox.com.

I only have one account and have never logged on to another Xbox before.

Yes have restarted router/modem several times, along with the Xbox one. Has not solved the problem. I've signed my account out and back in and that hasn't worked. I changed my router to bridge mode and that didn't work. I've had my internet provider open
all the ports on their end and nothing has helped
