Can't log in on my account

    Can't log in on my account


    I turn on my xbox one, and I click on "sign in" it blackens the edges of the screen (the loading thing) and it does nothing, at all, I've waited for hours. I then turned it off/on again to see if that worked, still infinitely loading the sign in screen when
    I try to go on it... I go into a game to sign in, does not work, same thing. I try pressing the home button on my controller to sign in, doesn't work.

    Basically, no matter what I do, I cannot sign in on my account, which prohibits me from all games.

    I can't log into my live account, it comes up with this message (

    I have an error message saying your membership is suspended until you pay for it. You'll need to do this on another device.

    On a pc or mobile device, go to https//account.microsoft.com/paynow and fix how you pay for your membership.) I can't remember my password to log in to another device as I can't remember my password or the password to the email I created my account with,
    all the helplines are closed. Can anyone help?

    I am having the same problem can sign in via iPhone and laptop but not by my remote, I press the home button but the screen darkens.

    Any suggestions?

    does the problem occur on windows? if it is on xbox remove both accounts and add again.

    Hi i tried this and now when i try to add my account back nothing loads and it keeps crashing any suggestions on what i should do? I’ve tried restarting my xbox multiple times, unplugged it and done a full shutdown but nothing has worked
