    Cant log in on any profiles.


    I cant use any xbox profiles because they either cant log in or they doesnt work when logged in. By doesnt work i mean party function is not available, games cant load previous data nor be played online. Have allready tried restarting my xbox in all possible
    ways with no success. Please help.

    Can you log in an play on any other profile on your console or is it happening only with your profile

    if you cant log in on any profile on your console that means that you have a console suspension not a profile suspension

    my cloud says offline for all my bc games.

    Ladt week halo reach stopped working and when i booted it up finally the cloud went offline. Tonight downloaded backwards compatible black ops and also says the cloud is offline . Im logged in and connected with my profile but 360 game saves cant be attained . Any help appreciated

    So i did it.....

    when i tried to log into my account on xbox nothing is working right

    it says my name is unknown

    i cant look at my profile

    and probably the worst, i cant play any games

    Ok, well i had to buy a new xbox360, i saved everything on the external hard drive i bought, was having trouble logging in on new profile, changed password still cant get in. Called tech support they told me to download profile, so i did now its the old
    profile & i still cant log in new profile. Help???
