Cant log in/error codes

Discus and support Cant log in/error codes in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I tried playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my PC and it says I am not signed in?     Cant log in/error codes


    I tried playing Microsoft Solitaire Collection on my PC and it says I am not signed in? It also states I dont have internet connection when I clearly do since I am able to type this post. I tried signing in through the PC and it says "We cant sign you in
    right now. Try again later. (0x3ec)" when i searched the error code nothing showed up.

    Hey there Jason!

    Sorry to hear about that problem with you not being able to sign in.

    Short answer, no.

    If you were able to login before to Live, your account, subscriptions, games and progress are all saved online via the cloud.

    Removing it and redownloading it as previously posted is a great troubleshooting step for most sign in problems on the console.

    Give that a shot and let us know how it helped
