    I am getting that error code as well, cant use anything on my xbox. No apps or games work, have restarted multiple times.

    I am getting an error code of 0x800401fd, and when I look it up it tells me that there is no information on this code. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    I can't seem to find that error code in the code checker.

    Just a few questions. I'm assuming you are logging into fine to the website/xbox website (As you posted in here without issues)

    Do you have Two Factor Authentication enabled? Is this a new console you are logging in to? When was the last time you logged into the console without issues?

    This is the solution unplug the console from the power supply. This will cause a hard reboot and it will resolve this issue.
