Cant log in and add account

Discus and support Cant log in and add account in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Yesterday i reseted the password and could play again, today i tried to log in again and before i could even write the passwort it was loading forever....     Cant log in and add account


    Yesterday i reseted the password and could play again, today i tried to log in again and before i could even write the passwort it was loading forever. I restarted the xbox a few times, but it was still loading forever when i tried to log in, i couldnt even
    write the password. So i went on youtube to find out how to fix that and it was said that if i remove the account from the xbox and add it back that it will work again. So i removed it and whenever i try to add it back, it says another user uses this account
    on this device, thats why you cant add it, even tho i removed it and its not on the account list.

    Is there a way to fix that?

    Thank you for keeping us updated. The
    soft factory reset     that XBF Eladio M suggested does not affect the progress of your games. The saved data for your games is uploaded to the

    Xbox cloud     while your console is connected to Xbox Live. Your console will download the saved data from the cloud the next time you log in to your account and play your game. We hope this information helps!

    Hey Anton

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are unable to add your account onto you console due to it "already being on this console".

    In this instance, your best bet would be performing a soft
    factory reset     on your console. This will remove any accounts on your console and Home Xbox associations, so this will allow you to re-add your account without any problems.

    I recommend that you use the Reset and keep my games & apps option as this will reduce the amount of time it takes to get back to gaming.

    Give this a try and let us know if this works for you!

    Roblox ask me to provide them with a purchase receipt for the roblox account ?

    Trying to log in to his account on tablet but password won’t work there for cant add phone or email to the account
