Can't log in after Email change

Hey guys,

I have a huge problem. After my email adress got hacked, I changed it to a serious provider. This new adress is now my windows10 account email adress. Now there's the problem, that I can't login into the Xbox App for Win10. Every time I get the login screen,
choose my email adress (which is correctly listed), type in the password and get to the start screen of the app. In Microsoft Edge (Browser) this works and I cant log in into my User account (both, Xbox.com and microsoft.com). Has anyone an idea how to deal
with this [Mod Removed - Profanity]? Several reinstalls didn't help.

Hi Flitzp,

Can you login to the Xbox Companion App and does it reflect your new email?

I have found something that could possibly help with your sign-in issues with the Xbox app:

Open the Settings app (the gear in the start menu)
Open Accounts
Click Sign-in Options
Scroll down to Privacy
Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."
Restart your device

It seems that this setting was preventing the Gaming Services app from opening which helps to verify changes you have made to your account.
