    Can't log back into minecraft bedrock for Playstation


    I tried logging out of my minecraft account on ps4 bedrock edition to troubleshoot and help my friend with their account issues, but found myself unable to log back in, with the game claiming my microsoft account was already connected to another account on "Playstation Network" and exclaiming to log into a microsoft account not already connected on "Playstation Network"

    My confusion is my psn is the only account it's ever connected to, and need help reconnecting. I was wondering if you could refresh my account on your end in hopes it remembers me, or if you know a work around?     Just a friendly reminder though that for an in-game accounts such as Mojang and PS accounts, you will be needing to reach out to Mojang so they can validate the account linked to help and guide you in signing in successfully.

    If on Pc you have Minecraft Java you can't do cross-platform games with PlayStation, as this is only a function of Minecraft Bedrock, but you don't need to purchase a game for a platform you don't own, if your friends it's trying to invite you he needs to log into a Microsoft account in his game as well as you in your Minecraft Bedrock and add each others Microsoft accounts as friends

    On what system are you playing Minecraft?

    Sony pushed an update for Minecraft on Playstation 4 to update it to the "Bedrock" version, allowing Playstation 4 players to play with Xbox One, PC, Mobile and Switch users now.

    Make sure you also have Version 1.14 of your Minecraft installed, and that you are playing on Xbox One, Switch, Playstation 4, Windows 10 or Android/iOS.

    Minecraft on Xbox 360, Nintendo 3DS, and other "older" console versions can't play with others on the "Bedrock" version.

    We need to validate first if the transaction is successful. Kindly sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then locate your order for the game the order stated should be "completed".

    If you were able to locate it, kindly sign out and sign back in on your Xbox App or Microsoft Store App.

    Can't log in to Minecraft Bedrock

    The order is "completed" on microsoft. I've tried logging in and back out, and I have redownloaded the game but when I click sign in, instead of letting me sign in it still asks me to buy the full game.
