    Can't locate the Report problem prompt anymore


    After joining xbox insiders programme i had the option to report problems by holding the controller guide button,but recently after getting the message to download the xbox insider hub beta app, the report a problem prompt is no longer found when i hold the guide button.

    Password Problems

    Once you change the password to something else (you can't use the same password you used previously as that's again a security problem) you shouldn't be prompted for anything like this again.

    Logging into Xbox.com and the Xbox 360 console at the same time does not trigger something like this. What triggers an issue like this is if you sign into two locations whether it was on Xbox.com and the Xbox 360 console from 2 different IP Addresses/computers
    on a different network.

    So once you've changed the password to something else unique, you shouldn't have to deal with this anymore.

    DirecTV error. Not loading fast enough.

    I got it to work by power cycling the Xbox.

    Will report back if anymore problems consist.
