    Can't locate EA Access App


    I'm unable to locate the EA Access App after purchasing the subscription. After speaking with Xbox support, I still wasn't able to find the app. Does anyone have a suggestion? Please provide recommended steps. I this is an adult account. I haven't tried
    restoring to factory settings just yet. I'm interested in your help!

    EA Access

    Bought a new xbox console with EA access but can't find a code to enter into the ea access app. Should there be something in the box or an electronic code, I don't seem to have either?

    Any ideas would be appreciated

    I was invited to Preview Program but no EA Access

    Im in the preview program, fully registered. When I click on the EA access hup app it says unavailable? Its one of the quests to sign up and use ea access. Anyone know why I cant download the ea access hub app?

    Can't locate EA Access App

    If you have kinect say Xbox go to EA access hub or maybe just EA access or if you haven't downloaded it yet say Xbox bing ea access. Reboot always helps too if you have DL'd it.

    You could try to download the EA Access app that located in the store and once you download that, check out the games inside to start the downloads.

    When you navigate to Settings > Payment & billing > Subscriptions, what does your the EA Access subscription there indicate about the status? Where did you see the yearly subscription indication that it runs out in Feb 2017?
